Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered – If we fail to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.

Dissatisfaction with Results – If, after reasonable efforts, our services do not meet the agreed-upon objectives (subject to terms below).

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

Work already completed and delivered (partial refunds may be considered).

Changes in your business goals or strategy after project commencement.

Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, domain fees).

How to Request a Refund
Submit a Request – Email us at  dtssolutions554@gmail.com within 7 days of service completion.

Review Process – We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Approval & Refund – If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Partial Refunds & Disputes
If only part of the service is unsatisfactory, a pro-rated refund may be issued.

Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or mediation.
